The Antilope consortium recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of information provided to us. Accordingly, we strive for compliance with all applicable privacy laws, including the European Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC of 24 October 1995), and follow industry best practices. The following guidelines have been created to demonstrate our commitment to privacy.
Collected information Sources
The information we collect is gathered from several sources. These include, but are not limited to: our consortium members, events registrations, news subscriptions, and expressions of interest sent to us. From these sources we may collect names, organisation, job title, country, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers for those individuals that volunteer such information. For visitors to our website, our web server may automatically collect the visitor’s domain name and IP address only, but no other identifiable information unless volunteered.
Use of collected information
As part of a subscription or workshop registration, registrants will be contacted by us through email and/or phone to communicate with them about their subscription and/or registration. They will be contacted for updates or surveys related to their subscription and/or registration.
Sharing of collected information
When you provide contact information to Antilope, we may share this within the consortium core group.
Antilope takes every precaution to protect your information from unauthorized use. When you submit sensitive information via our website, the information is protected both online and offline.
Antilope assumes no derived responsibility regarding the existence of links between the content of this site and the content of other websites, or any mention of content outside this site. Such links or mentions are exclusively for information purposes.
