ProRec-BE was created as a Belgian not-for-profit member organisation to promote the use of high quality EHR systems in Belgium. ProRec-BE is part of the EuroRec network.The organisation groups all stakeholders involved in use and supplying EHR systems in primary care, hospital care, homecare and paramedical care, more specifically the system suppliers, the health authorities and the professional user organisations.
ProRec-BE is actively involved in the National Quality Labelling and Certification of EHR systems for general practitioners, homecare nurses and physiotherapists, covering functional as well as data-exchange or interoperability aspects. For more information: www.prorec.be
